Refund and Cancellation Policy

1. General Policy

This Refund and Cancellation Policy applies to bookings made directly through Tiaraa Hotels and Resorts. Bookings made via third-party platforms are subject to their respective policies.

2. Cancellation Terms

Standard Cancellations:
  • Full refund for cancellations made 15 or more days before the check-in date.
  • 50% refund for cancellations between 7–14 days before check-in.
  • No refund for cancellations within 7 days of the check-in date.
Non-Refundable Bookings:
  • Certain promotional or discounted bookings are non-refundable. Guests are advised to check the booking conditions before confirmation.

3. Group Bookings (20+ Rooms)

  • For cancellations of group bookings, a minimum notice of 30 days is required for any refunds. Failure to provide this notice will result in forfeiture of the deposit.

4. Refund Processing

  • Refunds will be processed within 7 business days. Delays may occur based on banking cycles or payment gateway processing times.
  • Refunds will be issued using the original payment method.

5. No-Show Policy

  • If a Guest fails to arrive on the scheduled check-in date without prior notice, the booking will be considered cancelled, and no refund will be provided.

6. Shortened Stay Policy

  • Guests opting for an early checkout will be charged for the entire duration of the confirmed reservation.

7. Exceptional Circumstances

  • In cases of Force Majeure, the Hotel reserves the right to offer rescheduling options instead of refunds.
